About this event

Talent Retention is a one of the topmost priorities of enterprises nowadays. Corporate leaders
always find it frustrating to keep the company competitive and at the same time able to
retain the talents. Corporate leaders usually believe that tangible rewards can always
motivate talents, but they have neglected the need of self-actualization of their staff. As a
result, the effectiveness may be temporary and limited or require corporate bottomless
investment. Therefore, the Matrix Model of Neuro-Semantics is an innovative thinking system
to utilize our leadership potential by identifying the needs and meaning behind human
behavior. It can help us to understand the key of motivation and the value system of talents.
On top of that, it also applies to executive coaching, strategic planning, and handling
problematic behavior.
