About this event

Professor Eastham draws on the experience of over 50 years of pioneering research in electromagnetics, linear motors and drives to look critically at the state of the art in electric vehicles in the present day and future possibilities. Engineering and economic considerations are examined and the potential environmental advantages presented.

The lecture will be presented by Professor Fred Eastham who is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Former Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Bath.
