About this event

As an Audio Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, Orla Murphy calibrates the sound systems to make people feel like they are listening to music in a concert hall, when in fact they are listening in a vehicle. This talk will explore the concepts of perceptions and how they influence us. It also looks at how perception can be engineered and designed. It also discusses how perceptions are linked to bias, and how bias in the workplace and in the community can be recognised and tackled.
