About this event

The trophies were first presented in 1962 and are competed for annually. The Brush trophy is awarded to the IET member with the best net score, whilst the Ericsson trophy goes to the best score from a senior player (aged 50 and above).

Whilst the main silverware is restricted to IET members, the following trophies/prizes are also available to all, Best Guest Score, Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and “Wooden Spoon”.

This event is open to all IET members and invited guests.

The scoring format is Stableford. Maximum handicap = 28 (men), 36 (women) – previous winning scores ranged from 26 to 38.

The cost is £32. Payment details will be issued nearer the time. This covers your tea/coffee & bacon roll on arrival, round of golf and sandwiches/chips afterwards. There is a bar and menu available which is at your own expense.

Programme

1st Tee off at 9.30am.

Suggested arrival @ 8.00-8.30am to ensure leisurely breakfast, introductions and setup/practice.
