About this event

The IET is hosting a one-day seminar reviewing the latest developments in Active and Passive RF devices, circuits and systems, and microwave circuit components. Call for Papers is open.

Summary papers are invited from areas relating to Active and Passive RF devices, including but not exclusively:

• Semiconductor Devices and Monolithic ICs;
• Signal Generation and Frequency Conversion;
• Low Noise Components and Receivers;
• Power Amplifiers – Devices and Circuits;
• Instrumentation and Measurement Techniques;
• Packaging and Interconnects;
• RFID and Wireless Systems;
• Millimetre wave and Terahertz technologies;
• Planar passive filters and multiplexers;
• Non-planar passive filters and multiplexers;
• Passive circuit elements;
• Transmission line elements;
• Measurement methods;
• MEMS components and technologies;
• Ferroelectric, ferrite and acoustic wave components;
• RF nanotechnology.
