About this event

We all create a footprint in the world and the good news is that we can choose
the impact we have.

Our personal impact is within our control and can be carefully shaped and
crafted according to our guiding principles – our values. Ultimately, it will affect
everything we do and say in life and work and it is what other people will
remember about us.

If we remain unaware of the impact we are having, the effect on business
relationships and our lives can be far from ideal.

This programme helps people recognise the dynamics of the way they
communicate and provides tools to support people in consciously creating the
impact they choose.

As a result of attending this programme you will:
Understand the importance of your values and those of others
Learn the dynamics of communication and how this relates to your impact
Practice using body language for a different effect
Understand and practice the power of listening skills
Gain self awareness around assumptions and how to deal with those of others
Learn a simple tool for changing your personal impact quickly
Learn a model for delivering clear and concise messages that get things done
Understand how to acknowledge different points of view and learn techniques for
bridge building
Practice putting your attention on your intention to control the impact you have
