About this event

The Presentation will outline the way in which a Sewage Treatment Plant Process works such as Pre-Treatment, Primary Treatment/Clarification, Secondary Treatment/Aeration, Disinfection & its release to the river. This will be followed by a short guided tour around the main areas of the treatment works.

The combined presentation and tour will be about 2 hours duration. Suitable clothing is recommended and visitors will have to provide their own toe capped footwear. High visibility waistcoats will be provided on site.
