About this event

Undertaking a project in the workplace can be somewhat daunting, leaving you wondering where to start. This introductory workshop examines three fundamental elements of successful project management; planning, organising and control, and gives hints and tips on how to get your project started.

As a result of attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand how to define a project and understand what has to be done in order to complete the project
  • Set clear actionable goals to ensure the project reaches fruition
  • Manage people and tasks effectively through different levels of control
  • Utilise a clear structure for effective delegation
