Most railway projects, especially the more complex ones, require interfaces between various disciplines and this can introduce additional risks to the project. The seminar will examine how the various disciplines identify and manage interfacing issues. The Seminar will look at good examples of what has been done, as well as lessons learned from mistakes and oversights, ingenious solutions (where found) and also review current and forthcoming projects to consider the range of interface issues that are being and will be encountered and how they may be resolved.
This seminar is intended to be of interest to engineers of all disciplines, operators and transport/ project management specialists and offer cross-functional and discipline learning opportunities.
