Given the high-profile rail incidents that have taken place over the last few years and the government’s commitment to introducing new Corporate Manslaughter legislation, it is imperative that engineers working in the rail industry raise their awareness of the associated legal issues.
About the seminar
The aim of this seminar is to provide railway professionals with a comprehensive grounding in the legal issues arising in the industry. This is especially relevant in light of the recent railway accident in Grayrigg, Cumbria.
