About this event
The objective of the seminar is to provide industry and the military with a wider understanding of the latest developments in the UK military satcoms area. Delegates will gain an insight into the technologies involved in future military satcoms and the challenges facing designers to balance military requirements with the available capability in the commercial arena.
The recent successful launch of Skynet 5 satellites and the early lessons learnt from the adoption of the PFI service based provision will be discussed along with future thoughts towards its replacement in 2020.
