About this event
This seminar will enable Operators and others managing installations at COMAH and high hazard sites to better meet their legal and commercial responsibilities and limit the consequences to people and the environment of any accidents that occur. The Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999 (COMAH) place a general duty on Operators to ‘take all measures necessary to prevent major accidents’.
