About this event
This event features the latest developments in IC design and technology. It includes 11 oral presentations from a wide range of leading commercial and academic organisations. The content reflects the trends of higher operating frequencies, increased levels of integration and low cost, low power solutions. A wide range of semiconductor processes are featured including SiGe, InGaP HBT, PHEMT and CMOS. (Abstracts giving an overview of each presentation can be downloaded from this page).
Benefits of attending
Attendance will provide delegates with the opportunity to learn new techniques and gain both a technical and commercial insight and the latest developments in this fast moving area.
Technical scope will include
