Introduction
One of the fastest growing economies, India is aspiring to become a leader in the global electronics industry. Whether it is consumer or medical electronics, telecommunications or industrial automation, India’s electronics industry needs to provide a strong boost to its semiconductor sector with the programmable logic industry moving rapidly announcing new FPGA devices every few months.
In recent years, there has been a profound increase in different types of devices available, now even combining chips with processor, FPGA and logic all in one device. In a very cost-driven market with fewer companies owning more market share and big companies increasingly focusing on custom hardware architectures, it is imperative to realise design and algorithms quickly and at low cost.
About the event
This one-day seminar examines the use of FPGAs for specific applications in fast growing industries such as telecoms, defence, power and medical electronics. The seminar will cover the following topics:
- Find out about the latest applications for FPGA technologies
- See which hot new applications are driving future FPGAs
- Gain insight into selecting the right device for your application and how to get the most from your chosen FPGA
- Evaluate the cost implications and interoperability of IP
- Learn how to increase design productivity and ensure low power design
Hear leading figures in the industry and benefit from extensive networking opportunities
