Second Electric vehicles - the journey from power station to wheel
View the presentations taken at the second evening lecture on 'Electric vehicles - the journey from power station to wheel' lecture held on 8 October 2010 at Newcastle University.
This free evening lecture explored the aim for zero carbon electricity, the emerging energy gap and the subsequent need for significant investment.
Areas covered by the lecture included:
- Scope for electric vehicles – findings of Arup/Cenex Report commissioned by the UK Government;
- Charging and grid implications;
- Consumer charging for domestic usage.
