Mentors training
One day course.
With the increasing pressure on us all,the use of mentors has become more widespread. The aim of this course is to develop your current skills whilst exploring and explaining mentoring.

- deepen your understanding of the mentoring process;
- improve your mentoring skills;
- provide you with details of the particular requirements for mentoring engineers who are working towards professional registration.

- practical mentoring session;
- working with a professional registered candidate supporting candidates working towards professional registration.
All delegates will receive refreshments, lunch and literature on the day.
