Effective Management
Three day in-company course
This course is suitable for engineers who have taken over responsibility or after appointment to a management position. Professional engineers will benefit from the opportunity to stand back and take a look at the issues of good management and how they apply to themselves. The purpose of this course is to give professional engineers in positions of management the confidence to effectively manage themselves, their staff and customers.
