Sean worked as an IPTV 2nd Line Support Higher Apprentice at BT Technology Service and Operations from October 2014 -2017. Having completed the scheme, he's now a fully fledged member of the systems and tools team and is working towards topping up his foundation degree to a full BSc in digital technology solutions.
