Graduate Advantage India

IET Graduate Advantage is a membership initiative designed to support your students throughout their final year and after they leave University.

Graduate Advantage offers a further year of full membership (MIET) at our student rate to final year students about to graduate in engineering or computing. The package provides resources designed to deliver the professional tools and expert support at the point in their career when they need it most – right at the start.

It includes:

• streamlined transfer to MIET on successful completion of their degree;
• IET student membership certificate to showcase their previous membership of the IET to prospective employers;
• professional email alias – to stay connected wherever their career journey takes them;
• job hunting  and interview checklist;
• IET membership profile for employers;
• MIET membership card, certificate and use of designatory letters (MIET);
• access to career development resources – to give a professional edge;
• the right to qualify for our new pre-registration membership  package.

As well as existing student members, non-members are welcome to take this final opportunity to join the IET at a discounted rate.

Following conclusion of Graduate Advantage, we will continue to provide members with new membership packages and services tailored to support them climb the career ladder as they gain experience in their new career.

The cost of Graduate Advantage membership for the year is just INR 1,000.
