Engineering scholarships - Ambition Awards 2008
The Ambition Awards programme includes more than 137 undergraduate and postgraduate IT and engineering scholarships, and a range of travel awards. Applications for 2008 are now being accepted:

Undergraduate engineering and IT scholarships & grants
Are you looking for help in financing your studies at a university in the UK, Ireland, Zimbabwe, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka or India? If so, apply for an IET Scholarship of up to £3,000 per annum today! You can apply if you are in the process of a university application, about to embark on your course or even if you have already started studying.
Postgraduate engineering and IT scholarships
If you are looking for help in financing your postgraduate studies/research in the UK, New Zealand, (or any country that is not your home country), these Scholarships, worth up to £10,000, may be of interest to you.
Travel awards
Whether you're looking for funding to enable you to travel abroad and attend an international conference, work in industry or undertake a study tour, the IET offers a variety of travel awards, ranging in value from £350 to £1,000, that will help you to realise your plans!
Awards and prizes for students & young engineering & IT professionals
The IET also offers a range of prizes and competitions aimed specifically at young engineering and IT professionals and students.
