Mike Sargeant Career Achievement Award

What is it?

The Mike Sargeant award presented annually to the Young Professional who is judged to have made the most significant progress in their career over a number of years.  The award consists of a certificate and £500 cash, given in memory of Mike Sargeant.

Young professionals:

You may have shown exceptional leadership in developing a project, have contributed creatively when developing a new product or service, or have demonstrated exceptional commitment to Engineering / Technology through your academic or professional development. To be eligible, you will need to forward appropriate evidence of your career achievement to your employer who must make the nomination on your behalf (obviously providing verification in the process).

Employers:

By nominating a Young Professional for the award you have the opportunity to reward their efforts, and help them to gain recognition for their high ability in their chosen field of Engineering / Technology.

Please note that exceptional achievement demonstrated in the previous year is recognized via the Sir Henry Royce Award - Recognising Excellence in Industry and the Profession.
