From Hong Kong, promotion of the IET's Inspec database and facilities and support for members' activities in the region are provided by the Asia Pacific Representative Office.
The chairman of the IET Hong Kong, Ir Jolly Wong, and regional director of IET Inspec, Asia Pacific, Mr. Thomas Yi officiated the opening of the HK network office at its new location at Central on 25 March 2009.
The ceremony was followed by an opening cocktail with the attendance of over 50 members, past chairmen and VIP guests.
