Newspaper cutting Engineers may admit women from NAEST 92 collection

Women engineers in the last century had two problems: first, the struggle to gain training, jobs and acceptance and second, how to use engineering to lighten women's domestic burden. We tell this story in "Emancipation from Drudgery", an Archives exhibition on the history of the Women's Engineering Society and the Electrical Association for Women.
