Key Note market Research reports:

The Virtual Library now provides members with online access to the full-text of 13 market research reports from industry analyst Key Note.

IET Library bookshop, now in stock for 2008:

  • 17th Edition IEE wiring regulations. Cost: £65.00. Members of the IET get a 20% discount (£52.00)
  • Fellow's tie. Cost: £25.00
  • member's tie. Cost: £25.00
  • In person sales only between the hours of 09:00-16:45

Can't work out how to search the Virtual Library efficiently? Then we now have a PowerPoint demonstration on using the Virtual library and other services to help with your research.

New book acquisitions added to Library stock:

The IET Library now produces a list of new book acquisitions added to Library stock every month. Please contact the Library to request a loan of one of these titles.
The latest lists for 2008 can be located in the download section to the right of this page.

EBSCO A-Z access:

EBSCO A-Z now allows you to search seamlessly through the entire collection of electronic book and journal resources within the Virtual Library environment. This includes the collections for Wiley e-books, Knovel, the Engineering and IT Reference Library and EBSCOhost. You will need to be an IET member or Library-only member to access the full text of most of the content, however, there are a small number of titles available which are freely available to everyone. Please ensure you are logged in to the website before accessing EBSCO A-Z
