A central point of contact and coordination for student activity across the IET, ensuring strong links and communication channels for staff and volunteers. Collate information associated with existing student communities and related activities around the world, and help facilitate communication to these groups about relevant products, services and opportunities within the IET. To work closely with IET teams to promote their work and success’s through the venue.
To manage and grow sales of the Knowledge Services publishing portfolio (books, journals, technical standards, digital resources) globally. Meet specific targets set for sale of digital resources in UK and continental Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The role is to provide support and development effort for the delivery of new and existing IET websites. You will work as part a project team to deliver work as directed by your manager and the business. Working with the CMS and the ASP .NET framework to deliver websites, implement changes and functional code. As well as providing support to the Digital Services team to deliver all digital projects and activities, as defined by the Digital Roadmap.
The Lead User Experience Architect will be play a key role in the development of the design, specification, user experience and delivery of the IET’s websites, products, services and digital portfolio, both existing and new. As well as providing support to all digital projects and activities, as defined by the project portfolio and Digital Roadmap, and will contribute to the long-term web and digital development plans of the IET.
Responsible for proactive customer acquisition and new business development within the EMEA region, with both direct and indirect customers and partners. Exemplary management of the sales cycle with prospects and customers. Working with the Account Development Manager and Sales Operations team to ensure effective sales development from lead generation to closed won solution.
