Data Cleansing Administrator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This role will support the data cleansing activities identified from the CRM project and the data quality activities. They will be responsible for accurately cleansing and amending customer and companies live data base on the Darwin database.

Digital Executive (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) (24.5 Hours Per Week)

Working closely with the Sectors and Communities Marketing Manager, this role will support and coordinate digital projects and activities developed by the Sector team in order to deliver key Sector content and outputs. The role will help facilitate the development and promotion via digital channels of Sector industry insights, other special interest publications, Sector events and related activities. The role will also provide digital / web support to the Sector Heads as they develop key topics, issues and ideas into projects.

CRM Marketing Executive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This role will support the data strategy (related to customers / contacts) for the IET and have responsibility for control, segmentation, targeting and optimisation of our customer data working closely with the marketing teams to drive effective marketing campaigns, with IT to facilitate the delivery of data and data services to the marketing function and with the operational managers to help provide excellent service to all our customers.

Corporate Sales Manager

Responsible for proactive corporate and FE College customer acquisition and new business development for new and existing products suited to the corporate market.
Exemplary management of the sales cycle with prospects and customers. Working with the Sales and Marketing teams and the Sales Operations team to ensure effective corporate sales development from lead generation to closed won solution.  

Campaign Development Executive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) (28 Hours Per Week)

This is a key role within the IET supporting executive staff and high level volunteers in the aim to raise funds from corporations, foundations, and high net worth individuals.

As a member of a dynamic and evolving fundraising team the Campaign Development Executive is required to actively participate in its creative success by pitching ideas and demonstrating problem-solving abilities when issues need to be resolved.

Sales Support Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

To manage the Sales Support function for the IET publishing products within Head Office, including customer support for IET digital products and hard copy products, global invoicing and  royalty co-ordination  (Annual revenue £13M approx).

Content and Publisher Relations Manager

Responsible for the primary content acquisition and acquisitions budget (£1M+) for Inspec. To develop and manage relationships and negotiate contracts with third party content sources.

Account Development Manager (US Based)

Responsible for revenue growth by proactive customer relationship and retention management within the Americas region. Coordinate and deliver product training sessions with current customers, whilst maintaining relationships with vendor and third party distributors to maximise market penetration. Working with the Sales Operations team to assist with renewal subscriptions across the Americas territory either through third party vendors or direct.

Governance and Legal Affairs Executive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

To provide secretarial support to the Head of Governance and Legal Affairs. To provide comprehensive support for the Chairman and members of Council. To support the effective operation of the Governance and Legal Affairs Department.

Editorial Assistant - Online Engineering Reference Product

To assist Publisher (Stevenage based) and two Commission Editors (one Stevenage based; one USA New Jersey based) in order to ensure that articles/contributions to a new Online Engineering Reference Work are commissioned, delivered on time/ahead of time, peer reviewed and published to agreed standards.

Creative Solutions Sales Executive

This role is for an ambitious, experienced, commercial and customer driven, media sales professional to take direct responsibility for selling a host of multi-platform creative solutions to a portfolio of key agency and client accounts. The focus is on generating new revenue, pitching to new clients and positively developing the client database, as well as building on existing commercial relationships with customers across the IET’s range of media activities, print, digital and interactive.
