To manage the processing of articles and issues ensuring that journals of responsibility are peer reviewed and published to agreed standards and timings according budget, best practice and KPI targets
To support the CEO and Executive Team in the development, communication, monitoring and implementation of the IET’s strategy through the delivery of robust strategy and planning processes.

Supporting the Head of Content Services and the Content Services teams to deliver high quality, cost-effective business as usual services and project work. Working with teams that undertake production, enrich content and deliver outputs to print and digital, including, but not limited to, Inspec, Books (Academic and Practitioner), Journals and Magazines and involved in workflows that include or touch on Conferences, IET.tv and Sectors.
Working with IET volunteers, IET staff and staff from other engineering institutions to provide expert understanding and analysis on a wide range of engineering policy issues of interest to the IET, including preparing submissions, producing technical guidance to members of the public, preparing reports for publication, media presentation and supporting policy panels on specialist topics.
