This role is a member of a multifunctional and multi-channel service team that provides excellent proactive and re-active customer care and telesales, whilst behaving as a reputation ambassador for the IET.
To be responsible for developing and implementing events and awards marketing campaigns to the IET Membership and wider engineering community, both in the UK and worldwide.
The role will concentrate on the engineering, IT and Communications sectors to sell the benefits of membership and supporting products and services, maximizing revenue from membership sales and increasing the IET market presence within a specified geographical region.
