Minutes of 2010 AGM
This AGM was held on Thursday, 20 May 2010.
The AGM is held to discuss the following purposes:
- To receive the minutes of the previous meeting;
- To take note of the list of donors to the library;
- To receive the Trustees Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2009;
- To appoint Baker Tilly as auditors for 2010;
- To receive a report from Council;
- Vote of thanks to:
(a) The Honorary officers and members of all Institution Boards and Committees;
(b)The staff of the Institution.
