Minutes of 2008 AGM
This AGM was held on Thursday, 15 May 2008.
The AGM is held to discuss the following purposes:
- To receive the minutes of the previous meeting;
- To take note of the list of donors to the library;
- To receive the Trustees Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2007;
- To appoint auditors for 2008;
- To receive a report from Council;
- Vote of thanks to:
(a) The Honorary officers and members of all Institution Boards and Committees;
(b)The staff of the Institution.
