I manage an innovative design team, a task which has often been compared (particularly by me) to herding cats. Anyone who has been in that position will know the challenges of trying to encourage creativity whilst also trying to deliver projects on time and budget. What would be an excellent would be some form of seminar/conference where those of us in this role could share experiences and ideas and hopefully see some examples of best practice. This should be right up the IET's street, but I'm not quite sure what channel to propose it through. Any suggestions?
