I'm working on a ground monitoring system which uses a 500V DC 500mA supply to provide pulses to measure ground conductivity. I'm considering what safety implications and precautions are needed with respect to other conductive parts that my be in ground. I would be glad to hear from anyone who has experience of any similar systems and what safety standards they found applicable.
