Hi All. I would like to read some books on Reliability Engineering, particularly from an asset owner point of view. Specifically, when the owner only specifys the requirements for a third party and then the third party supply the parts / asset. Any recommendations would be most welcomed. Thanks

I don't know if it is what you are looking for but I've found the book "Reliability-Centered Maintenance" by John Moubray very useful in the past.

The Certified Reliability Engineer Handbook by Donald W. Benbow and Hugh W. Broome never seems to go astray. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks all. I have the Moubray book one and agree that RCM2 is a very useful methodology. I was specifically looking for something more wide ranging.
