I am early on in a MBA programme and would like to begin focussing my reading on issues around electronic and computer engineering; specifically innovation in product development and R&D.
I hope this request reaches individuals who have implemented or been involved in programmes of change that have measurably benefited innovation, or anyone who has researched this area. I am interested in all aspects of innovation - definition, organisational structure, management/leadership, culture, processes, learning (individual & organisational) etc.
Could you recommend any theoretical or research based reading?
Are there any real life examples of changes to address innovation? These do not necessarily have to have been successful!

Many thanks
Steve Pritchard
